Preferred-customer benefits for eligible Jsport Autowerks drivers. The program is complimentary, but its display requirements must be met before a visit to receive benefits on that visit.

Your J-Perks benefits
Benefits are subject to the eligibility and limitations below. The Jsport shop warranty is available on qualifying work whether or not you participate in J-Perks.
Off merchandise
Applies to Jsport-branded merchandise. J-Perks discounts can be combined with occasional Jsport coupons or specials.
Shop-arranged help
For an eligible vehicle that is disabled, unsafe to drive or at risk of damage if driven, Jsport can arrange a tow to the shop under the local-area or $100-credit terms below.
Limited nationwide benefit
Eligible hard-part repairs may qualify for a separate third-party 12-month/12,000-mile limited warranty while you are outside Jsport's repair area. Written program terms control.
How eligibility works
Two Jsport items, displayed on arrival
There is no separate signup. Display two complimentary Jsport promotional items on the vehicle before it arrives for a visit, and keep them displayed for ongoing J-Perks eligibility.
- One small Jsport decal on each rear side window; or
- Jsport license-plate frames on the front and rear; or
- One qualifying decal and one frame.
Ask Jsport for the items before your visit. If you first display them after a visit, eligibility begins on a future visit—not retroactively on the current one. The display requirement also applies to the out-of-town nationwide benefit. It does not change the separate shop warranty available to all qualifying customers.
J-Perks towing
Call us before arranging a tow
Jsport must arrange the tow to our shop. A tow booked independently is not eligible for later reimbursement under this J-Perks benefit.
Local area and beyond
For a qualifying shop-arranged tow from Jsport's local towing area (approximately 10 miles), Jsport covers the tow. Beyond the local area, Jsport applies a fixed $100 credit toward the shop-arranged tow and the customer pays the balance. Call us to confirm whether your location is in the local area before booking.
The vehicle must come to Jsport for inspection, diagnosis or work. You may decline a recommended repair; applicable diagnostic charges can still apply. Routine appointments are not eligible, and towing requests are considered individually rather than automatically or without limit.

Two separate warranties
Jsport's 3-year/36,000-mile shop warranty on qualifying work does not depend on J-Perks. The third-party 12-month/12,000-mile limited nationwide benefit is only for eligible J-Perks customers and covered repairs when away from Jsport's repair area.
The nationwide program excludes maintenance, ordinary wear, engine, transmission, clutch and differential repairs, their associated gaskets and seals, and replacement assemblies. The administrator determines claims under its current written terms. Always call Jsport first about a suspected warranty issue, whether you are local or out of town.
